The rules of poker are simple and so is the hand ranking. There are a total of 10 types of hands you can have. These hands are ranked from high to low from the Royal Flush to the highest card.

The most basic advice for a beginning player is to fold often
If you haven’t mastered poker yet, it would be in your best interest to choose the hands you play according to the chart below. This will protect you most of the time, but it also means you’ll be throwing a lot out of your hands. Once the basics are understood, it’s time to learn more about poker equity and how to put your opponent on a range of hands.
What is poker equity?
Each ポーカー 役 has a certain “equity” against all other possible hands (which is just a fancy way of saying the mathematical chance it has of beating another given hand), so when we decide which hands to play, we try to maximize this equity, i.e. give us the best chance of winning this hand on average.
Absolutely not
Guessing the type of hand your opponent has isn’t just for math geniuses, it’s something you already know. Whenever you folded Ace-Seven Off (A7o) on a raise because “This hand always gives me trouble” or called with Straight Jack-Ten (VTs) because “This guy is so loose and my hand flop very well”, you are already doing what I have described in the paragraphs above. Likewise when you called with a small pair in the blinds or you called a tight player’s raise with 67 suits because “he’s tight so if the flop is good, I’ll get called”.
You already demonstrate an understanding of the types of hands your opponent is playing and the ability to make a decision on what types of hands to play yourself given this information. To sum up, the idea, if you always try to play a hand that is slightly better than your opponent’s, you will have a slight mathematical advantage that will translate into long-term profitability.

A ポーカーでの役 consists of the best five cards you can use. For example you can choose from seven cards and choose any combination of five cards to make the best hand. This is also true in the worst case of two-hole cards. In other words, you can play cards. In other words, the best hand consists of 5 community cards.
Below is a ranking of combinations from the strongest to the weakest. If your combination is the same as your opponent, the highest card wins.
Poker order – Multicolor Royal Flush
The strongest hand in poker is Royal Flush. It is made up of 10 people from the same suit, including Spades, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace.
Square
A square consists of four cards of the same rank, such as four kings. If two players have a square, the player with the highest square wins. If they all have the same square (that is, from 4 community cards), the value of the 5th card determines the winner. Your hand always consists of 5 cards.
Full
If the two players are full, compare the decks first. Who has the best victory? If the values in both sets are the same, the height of the pair determines the winner.
Color
Five cards of the same color/series (spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs) give the color. If two players have a flash, the player with the highest card wins.
Quintet
Five consecutive cards form a straight. If two players have a straight, the player with the highest card wins.
Three
The set consists of three cards of the same rank. If two players have the same three cards, the hand always consists of five cards, so the value of the fourth or fifth card determines the winner.
Double pair
Of course, the two pairs … consist of two pairs. If two players each have two pairs, the rank of the highest pair determines the winner. If they have the same high pair, the low pair will be compared. If you have the same pair again, the value of the fifth card will determine the winner.
Pair
The pair consists of two cards of the same rank. A poker hand always consists of five cards, so the pair comes with three other cards called sidekick or “kicker”. If two players have the same pair, the kickers will be compared from the highest.
High card
If you can’t even pair, the value of the highest card is important. If two players face each other without exceeding the pair, the player with the highest card wins.
Understand the strength of poker hands
One of the most important skills in poker is the ability to determine if a hand is strong, as there are so many factors involved. The number of players is one of them. If many players choose to play their hands voluntarily, they should imagine that they have a strong hand.
On the other hand, if only two players are involved in the hand, this is unlikely to be the case. For example, an ace pair is a very good poker hand for one player, but its value is dramatically reduced for four players.
The play style of the opponent is also an important factor. If they are “tight” and therefore play a small number of hands, you can expect them to have a strong hand when they play. If they are “loose” and therefore play many hands, the relative strength of their hands will be much less.
Poker community cards determine the potential number of strong hands possible. Even if you have a set, if you have 4 cards of the same suit and 4 cards that can make a straight, the strength of your hand will be reduced. This is called a “wet” board. Similarly, if the board consists of non-consecutive cards and flushing is not possible, the strength of the hand will increase.
The number of chips in play also plays an important role. In shallow-stacked tournaments, it’s not uncommon for players to commit money to weak hands to avoid “blind ways.” However, this is rarely seen in cash games with deep stacks. It takes a lot of experience to understand these complex decisions. Until then, playing only the best hands can greatly improve your skills in this area.
